Terms of Use

1. Acceptance and eligibility

By using GlyphTempo, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the product. GlyphTempo is intended for people age 18 or older who can enter into these terms.

2. Research prototype, not a professional assessment

GlyphTempo is a research and course prototype. Scores, profiles, practice levels, and recommendations are estimates created from the current session and model. They are not validated population percentiles and are not medical, accessibility, educational-placement, employment, or professional advice.

Do not use GlyphTempo as the sole basis for hiring, grading, diagnosis, accommodation, eligibility, or another high-impact decision about a person.

3. Permission to use GlyphTempo

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the public product for personal evaluation, practice, research review, and ordinary educational exploration, subject to these terms.

4. Acceptable use

• Do not interfere with, overload, probe, or attempt to bypass the security of the service.
• Do not use automated traffic to scrape passages, exhaust infrastructure, or misrepresent results.
• Do not use the product to violate law, another person's rights, or third-party platform rules.
• Do not represent preview scores as certified, clinical, employment, or population-normed results.

5. Your device and local information

You are responsible for the device and browser profile used with GlyphTempo. Clearing browser data, using private browsing, changing browsers, or losing device access may remove the locally stored profile and practice history. We cannot restore information that was never uploaded to us.

6. Feedback and third-party links

You choose whether to send feedback through GitHub or email. You retain ownership of your feedback, but you permit us to use it to evaluate, support, and improve GlyphTempo. Third-party sites and services are governed by their own terms and are not controlled by GlyphTempo.

7. Intellectual property

GlyphTempo's product design, branding, original interface, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Open-source components and research materials remain subject to their own licenses and attribution requirements.

8. Availability and disclaimer

The product is provided on an 'as is' and 'as available' basis. To the extent permitted by law, we disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We may change, suspend, or discontinue prototype features without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, GlyphTempo and its contributors will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or exemplary damages, loss of data, or decisions made from preview results. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Changes and contact
